A 40-min version of my most popular class!!
In this high-energy, fitness style, hula hoop class we will tone and strengthen the body, mind, and soul! In this weekly drop-in class, geared towards new and experienced hoopers, you will experience specially designed drills and exercises, to strengthen existing hoop dance skills or learn for the first time! We will pair familiar exercises with hoop dance techniques, it may take you a while to realize... you are actually getting a fabulously fun workout!
