HOOP DANCE FITNESS FOR BEGINNERS AND BEYOND!
Join us for this popular high-energy, hula hoop class that will help to tone and strengthen your body, mind, and soul. In this weekly drop-in class, geared towards new and experienced hoopers, you will experience specially designed drills and exercises, to strengthen existing hoop dance skills or learn for the first time! We will pair familiar exercises with hoop dance techniques, it may take you a while to realize... you are actually getting a fabulously fun workout! 

We welcome all levels to Hoopercise!

PLEASE HAVE THESE ITEMS READY FOR CLASS:
  • Large Hoop (if you have one! Otherwise can borrow a pre-sanitized hoop for pick up or delivery in Toronto)
  • Mat for stretching is optional
  • Water
  • Recommended but not required - Lightweight Dumbbells - Something between 2 to 5lbs
