HOOP DANCE FITNESS FOR BEGINNERS AND BEYOND!
Join us for this popular high-energy, fitness style, hula hoop class that will help to tone and strengthen your body, mind, and soul.

In this weekly drop-in class, geared towards new and experienced hoopers, you will experience specially designed drills and exercises, to strengthen existing hoop dance skills or learn for the first time! We will pair familiar exercises with hoop dance techniques, it may take you a while to realize... you are actually getting a fabulously fun workout!

It is recommended (but not required) to attend Hula Hoop 101 or Express prior to attending Hoopercise
